About Norlend

Founded in 2022 at the Klein Group and MEWB incubator, the Norlend project wanted
to make BTC-backed financing easier, faster, and more accessible for institutions and individuals.

In 2023, Norlend was acquired by K33, a leading Nordic digital asset brokerage, to accelerate our growth and integrate our technology into K33’s ecosystem. Since then, we have successfully launched K33 Loans — the first BTC-backed lending product on the K33 platform — powered by our Norlend Lending Suite (DeFi).

With proven product-market fit and validated demand we are ready to scale a fully in-house team and expand sales.

Our Mission

We believe Bitcoin is becoming a core collateral asset class in the global financial system. Our goal is to empower banks, brokers, and exchanges with the technology, infrastructure, and compliance needed to seamlessly integrate BTC-backed lending into their offerings.

What We Do

Through our SDKs, APIs, and white-label solutions, we enable institutions to:

  • Offer BTC-backed loans with stablecoin or FIAT liquidity

  • Provide secure BTC custody with institutional-grade infrastructure

  • Automate collateral management and liquidation workflows

  • Ensure full KYC/AML compliance and accounting integration

  • Deliver a seamless customer experience, branded to their institution

Our Vision

By building the infrastructure layer for BTC-backed lending, we aim to bridge traditional finance and digital assets, making Bitcoin a mainstream collateral asset across global lending markets.
